“The +CityxChange Final Conference: “The Future of Positive Energy Districts” was held in Trondheim, Norway, on 03.-05. October 2023. It featured 3 days of presentations, discussions, knowledge sharing, exhibitions, site visits, and interaction with Norwegian and European guests, networks, cities, and projects. This was driven by the experiences of 33 partners around 7 cities over a period of 5 years to develop Positive Energy Blocks and Districts. This report provides a summary of the conference and of the discussions, shares the conference materials, and shows ways forward.”
