+CityxChange at European Smart Projects Summit, San Sebastian

Organised by the Lighthouse City of our sister-project REPLICATE, Donostia/San Sebastian, the European Smart Projects Summit took place on 26-27 March 2019. Several consortium partners of +CityxChange were together with representatives from 14 SCC01 projects and 90 cities in Spain to learn from the other projects, exchange experiences. Among other topics, it was discussed how districts can be transformed towards more sustainable ones and how the future of sustainable cities can look like. Further, funding and business models for the implementation of smart solutions, as well as smart and sustainable mobility, and methods to support the process, such as citizen engagement and data governance, were on the agenda.
